Motorola Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Strategist lead for the Services and Cybersecurity portfolio in the North America Sales Operations team. You will align sales needs with product roadmaps and create bite-sized selling tools to empower field reps across all phases of sales enablement.

Location is primarily in the United States with travel as needed. You will work with account managers, sales leadership, product managers, marketing, and service organizations to ensure successful launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in product management/engineering, marketing, sales, public safety or military.
• Knowledge of managed and support services, professional services, lifecycle services, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven experience translating technical product capabilities into practical sales tools or GTM enablement programs.
• Familiarity with services attach strategies, lifecycle services, cybersecurity solutions, or SaaS/recurring revenue models.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the bridge between sales and product for services and cybersecurity offerings, guiding feature development and sales enablement.
• Prioritize and manage the Services & Cybersecurity “OneList” by synthesizing VoS/VoC inputs into clear development priorities for Product/Engineering.
• Engage with customers for VoC sessions and translate feedback to ensure products meet sales requirements.
