Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams, bridging business needs with technical ITSM solutions. You will engage with clients, mentor a cross-functional team, and drive architecture designs while expanding client relationships. Travel may be required.

The role emphasizes leadership, agile/waterfall delivery, and providing strategic guidance on ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, AI features, and roadmaps within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ITSM, CMA/CTA (ideally)

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
