Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Program Manager to lead a high‑visibility, cross‑functional program across processes, data, and digital tool adoption that improves end‑to‑end service delivery for the BESS fleet.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
6+ years in Program Management, Service Operations, or similar cross‑functional roles.
Strong understanding of O&M processes and performance metrics.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives and prioritize by business value.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; able to influence without authority.
Experience facilitating cross‑functional teams in matrix environments.
Strong data mindset and analytics flow.
PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Renewable energy, BESS, or Service Operations background.
Familiarity with Softwrench (IBM Maximo), SAP, Salesforce, SCADA/EMS, or work‑order platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics of Centralized Service Operations as an integrated program.
Intake, clarify, and prioritize demand from Field, Service Engineering, Fleet Performance, EHS, Finance.
Align roadmaps with Digital Product Owners and other PMs for scheduled deliveries.
Facilitate team ceremonies, iteration planning, retrospectives, and cross‑functional triage.
Drive adoption, training coordination, and adoption tracking for delivered items.
Design processes for data quality, traceability, and analytics with Analytics teams.
