This role links ISO, Lonestar branch sales, Ranger Field Services, and customers to ensure accurate quotations, scheduling, resourcing, and billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software; ERP/SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer service requests and coordinate with teams.
• Develop customer quotations and assess project scope and resources.
• Coordinate scheduling, labor, and material needs for project execution.
• Track project costs and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain project documentation in company systems and elevate risks.
