Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead client delivery, plan and deliver service reviews, and drive continual service improvement across engagements.

You will operate in a matrix-managed environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer needs while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Competenze

• Experience in a matrix-managed services environment with ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and possession of relevant professional accreditations/certifications (ITIL preferred).
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build confidence and deliver professional presentations.

Mansioni

• Accountable for client delivery, client intimacy, and value realization.
• Lead and deliver service reviews and stakeholder cadence meetings.
• Drive continual service improvement through effective resource management and risk mitigation.
• Manage client escalations and serve as a senior escalation point.
