With 2+ years of relevant experience, you will manage service agreements, report on performance, and travel to local and regional client sites to ensure client satisfaction and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in HVAC or related sector with client account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, as their primary contact.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and long-term facility plans.
• Manage preventive maintenance and service agreements, ensuring requirements are understood.
• Coordinate solutions with internal service and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services.
• Monitor account performance and provide recommendations based on needs and market trends.
• Travel regularly to local and regional client sites.
