Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years recruiting experience in a staffing agency.
• Experience in exempt contingency search, exempt contract staffing and knowledge of retained search practices.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates for client roles using ATS, candidate sourcing tools, and referrals.
• Recruitment cycle management: Conduct assessments, screenings, interviews, and reference checks (<60 days time-to-fill).
• Client collaboration: Understand job requirements, present qualified candidates, and share market insights.
• Pipeline development: Build and maintain candidate pools for proactive staffing.
• Process efficiency: Leverage CRM tools to optimize sourcing and placement processes.
• Team contribution: Share best practices and support revenue goals.
