Job summary

TowneBank in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead full-cycle recruiting for North and South Carolina, partner with market leadership, and deliver a high-touch onboarding experience.

You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, manage sourcing, interviewing, candidate pipelines, and collaborate with HR and Learning & Development. Must have 5+ years in talent acquisition, a bachelor’s degree, integrity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in HR environment.
• Minimum five years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Highest levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Excellent oral and written communication and professional interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to work with little supervision and help others.
• Ability to work outside business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post openings to external sources and internal career site.
• Review applications and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Interview candidates and assist managers in selecting hires.
• Enter new employees into UltiPro payroll/HCM system.
• Coordinate onboarding and new employee orientation with Learning & Development.
• Attend career fairs and events to build candidate pools.
