Job summary

Shield AI is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for G&A functions across the company, including Finance, Legal, People, IT, and Facilities. You will partner with senior leaders, translate business needs into talent strategies, and drive end-to-end searches with data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including G&A or corporate functions hiring.
• Experience recruiting across Finance, Legal, or other complex functions.
• Independent ownership of complex, senior-level searches from intake through offer.
• Ability to advise executives using data and market insights.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and senior-level roles across G&A functions
• Advise senior and executive leaders on workforce needs and hiring strategy
• Lead intake and calibration sessions translating priorities into search/interview plans
• Use AI to accelerate market research, talent mapping, sourcing, and engagement
• Build pipelines across technology, aerospace, defense, and adjacent industries
• Assess candidates with structured, objective evaluation of expertise, leadership, and fit
• Apply AI, automation, and recruiting data to improve workflows and address gaps
• Drive hiring processes with urgency and accountability
• Provide market intelligence and challenge requirements as needed
• Lead candidate engagement, negotiations, and closing strategies
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring ATS accuracy and compliance
• Pilot emerging AI capabilities and translate use cases into repeatable practices
• Mentor recruiters on G&A hiring, sourcing strategy, and AI-enabled workflows
