Job summary

Ultipro in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key HomeServices Platform products. You will drive outcomes with autonomy, shaping strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership to deliver meaningful customer and business impact.

You will partner with engineering, design, and data teams, translating business goals into a measurable product roadmap and driving continuous improvement through analytics and user research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex digital products.
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory).
• Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies and user interviews.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms with alignment to company objectives.
• Translate business goals into an outcome-driven roadmap with defined success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize backlog and write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Lead discovery activities to uncover unmet needs and validate solutions.
