Job summary

HomeServices of America seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy for key platforms within the HomeServices Technology Platform. This senior IC drives the roadmap, collaborates with engineering, design, data, and leadership, and delivers measurable customer and business impact.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, experience leading A/B tests, and a data-driven mindset. Real estate or marketplace software experience is preferred for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products.
• Proven experience running A/B tests, experiments, or data-driven optimization programs.
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory, etc).
• Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software preferred.
• Experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence-based decision-making strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms, domains, or customer journeys in alignment with company objectives.
• Translate high-level business goals into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap with defined success metrics.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and make product decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale, modernize, or optimize platform capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; write high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
