Job summary

Ultipro in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key HomeServices Platform products. You will drive outcomes with autonomy, shaping strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership to deliver meaningful customer and business impact.

You will partner with engineering, design, and data teams, translating business goals into a measurable product roadmap and driving continuous improvement through analytics and user research.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex digital products.
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory).
  • Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies and user interviews.
  • Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software preferred.

Job description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and evolving key products and capabilities within the HomeServices Technology Platform. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, business stakeholders, and leadership to define outcomes, drive execution, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact. As a senior individual contributor, this role goes beyond feature execution to include product strategy formation, roadmap ownership, cross‑functional leadership, and measurable business results. The Senior Product Manager serves as a subject‑matter expert for their product area and is accountable for long‑term product success.

  • Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms, domains, or customer journeys in alignment with company objectives.
  • Translate high‑level business goals into a clear, outcome‑driven product roadmap with defined success metrics.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs and make product decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale, modernize, or optimize platform capabilities.
2. Product Management & Execution
  • Lead end‑to‑end product development, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and post‑launch optimization.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog; write high‑quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact, high‑quality solutions.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies; remove blockers and ensure teams are aligned on goals and outcomes.
  • Track and analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative data; drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze user funnels, experiment with optimizations, and leverage A/B testing to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer through direct research, stakeholder feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
  • Lead discovery activities to uncover unmet needs and validate solutions before development.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product direction.
  • Apply customer insights to balance near‑term needs with long‑term strategic investments.
4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Influence without authority by building trust, articulating clear rationale, and facilitating decision‑making.
  • Partner with vendor and third‑party providers to define requirements, support implementation, and resolve escalations.
5. Communication & Storytelling
  • Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise product documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across teams. Present product insights, performance metrics, and recommendations in a compelling, data‑driven manner.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products.
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory, etc).
  • Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction‑based software preferred.
  • Experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence‑based decision‑making strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, including presenting to leadership.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma preferred).
Wage:

$114,200 - $154,200 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
