Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Platt team in Salt Lake City, UT. You will own high-complexity projects, manage customer relationships, coordinate with sales and vendors, and ensure accurate billing and timely communication.

You will oversee orders, shipments, pricing, and delivery schedules, while maximizing margins and customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and on-site visits when required. 7+ years in project management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of high profile/complex projects with strong product knowledge.
• Communicate with the customer and expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Read POs to understand requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to maximize margins where possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and sales teams on pricing, orders, and returns to meet expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
