Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Project Manager I to join the Platt team in Sacramento, CA. You will manage low complexity projects, coordinate with sales and vendors, and ensure orders, shipments, and billing are accurate while maintaining clear customer communication.

With leadership guidance, you will prepare price quotations and proposals, identify pricing opportunities, and assist with documentation such as O&M manuals and test reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate to the customer, expedit e OS&D, and resolve issues promptly.
• Read through Purchase Orders to understand requirements and verify terms.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, claims, and returns.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates, and back charges.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals with leadership.
