Job summary

Aramark Nexus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and capital projects from concept through turnover. You will own scope, budget, and schedules while coordinating design, procurement, and operations across the United States.

You will mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers, work with executive leadership, and travel up to 75% for project locations nationwide. This role emphasizes risk management, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years managing complex, multidisciplinary capital projects from planning through construction and turnover.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centers, or large campus environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient with project management platforms, scheduling software, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for major, multi-site projects.
• Lead project initiation and planning, including business cases and charters.
• Establish governance, stakeholder communication protocols, and escalation paths for risks.
• Direct design management with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee development of budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Oversee master schedules, critical-path activities, and recovery strategies; ensure milestones.
