Job summary

Nexus Circular seeks a Project Engineering Manager to own all engineering and technical matters on large capital projects (> $100MM). You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, establish engineering standards, and ensure safe, compliant design across FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.

You will coordinate with EPC contractors, licensors, and vendors, building repeatable processes for scalable project delivery while maintaining rigorous technical assurance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) is required.
• Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 10+ years delivering major capital projects in relevant industries.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineering Manager or Lead Technical Integrator on large EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client Project Engineering Manager for all project engineering and technical matters from front-end development through construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Provide technical leadership and assurance across all disciplines including process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Define, implement, and govern project-specific engineering execution plans and standards.
• Lead integration of process plants, utilities, off-plots, and site infrastructure with clear interfaces.
• Interface with procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance; ensure deliverables are construction-ready.
