Job summary

Nexus Circular is seeking a Project Analyst to support the build-out of our PMO and drive execution excellence across major capital projects. This role bridges engineering, procurement, and construction, providing structured coordination, schedule integration, and cost visibility.

In the near term, you will assist with the 6B project, ensuring alignment across disciplines and enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or EPC environments.
• Strong scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience with cost tracking and financial reporting on capital projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of traditional waterfall (GANTT), resource loading, cost loading, and critical path analysis.
• Experience with engineering, equipment procurement, and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction scopes.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to ensure accurate activity sequencing, durations, and dependencies.
• Identify critical path impacts and proactively flag risks.
• Align engineering deliverables with procurement timelines and construction execution plans.
• Track key milestones across all project phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and accruals.
• Support budget management and change tracking.
• Partner with finance and project managers to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support development of PMO standards, templates, and reporting tools.
• Build dashboards and reporting structures for leadership visibility.
• Help implement best practices for project controls and governance.
