Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Manager, Strategic Supply Chain 2 to provide leadership oversight for SCM for customers, guide source selection, and drive supply chain strategies to meet current and future business needs.

You will work cross-functionally to optimize design for supply chain performance, manage customer interfaces, and lead SIOP, inventory reviews, and strategic sourcing initiatives across Celestica programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership oversight for SCM matters for customers.
• Guides source selection and supplier development to meet business needs.
• Supports efforts to reduce material cost and assess supply risks.
• Advises on BOM analysis, pricing, delivery execution and performance.
• Works cross-functionally to optimize design for supply chain performance.
• Manages customer interface and serves as focal point for SCM issues and requirements.
• Drives inventory targets, KPI improvement, and SIOP processes.
• Coordinates 2nd sourcing qualifications and phase-ins.
• Interacts with executives and major customers regarding SCM initiatives.
