Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Supply Chain Warehouse Manager to orchestrate daily warehouse activities and optimize operations. You will bridge procurement, logistics, and the end customer to ensure products arrive on time and within budget.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You will lead a diverse team, implement KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across all warehouse functions in a US facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP tools.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Lead cycle counts and physical audits to ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy.
• Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff; set KPIs and conduct appraisals.
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track goods and generate reports for senior management.
• Ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance; manage material handling equipment maintenance.
• Manage department budget, control costs, and negotiate with freight carriers or vendors.
