Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and long-term strategic direction to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
• Develop yearly sales, market share, and profit targets aligned with business targets.
• Oversee contract, portfolio/solutions management for maximum market impact.
• Lead Corporate Account/BG/NHO sales with budget management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement integrated plans.
• Foster accountability, agility and intrapreneurship across teams.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; succession planning and retention.
