Job summary

HealthTrust, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Senior Director, Purchased Services Contracts to lead strategy, management, and execution across clinical and non-clinical service categories, technology services, and other non-labor expenses.

You will partner with executives, physicians, and operations leaders to identify opportunities, maintain a multi-year savings pipeline, drive contract conversions, and ensure post-implementation compliance to achieve annual savings objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a healthcare-related field.
• Master's Degree or other advanced graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare with purchased services, sourcing or contract mgmt.
• Proven ability to achieve savings and manage complex sourcing projects.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; BI, analytics and tools preferred.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual purchased services savings goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute optimization opportunities.
• Build multi-year opportunity pipeline.
• Lead contract conversions and implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of savings initiatives.
• Monitor compliance, value realization, and savings post-implementation.
• Provide strategic leadership for purchased services expense management.
