• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare with purchased services and contract management.
• Proven savings delivery and project leadership in sourcing.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word and BI tool experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, management, and execution of sourcing initiatives across categories.
• Drive multi-year savings pipeline and supplier negotiations.
• Oversee contract conversions, analytics, and value realization programs.
• Partner with executives and clinical/operational leaders to identify opportunities.
• Monitor compliance, performance, and realization of savings post-implementation.
