Job summary

Perforce Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive successful engagements for Delphix customers in the eastern US region. You will manage strategic accounts, build trusted advisory relationships with executives, and expand product usage while focusing on renewal and retention metrics.

The role requires customer-first leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to navigate complex technical discussions in a fast-paced software environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable education/experience.
• 8+ years in account management/customer success in software.
• Experience negotiating and closing renewals/expansion.
• History as customer success manager or related roles.
• Ability to lead technical conversations and persuade stakeholders.
• Experience with DevOps, TDM, Agile, CI/CD, and masking.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Drive value realization and retention in accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions engineers, and professional services.
• Discuss business terms with Economic Buyer to drive renewals and growth.
• Lead executive engagements and value realization discussions.
• Monitor KPIs and manage escalations to resolution.
