Job summary

Perforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support Delphix customers in the eastern US region. You will manage strategic accounts, drive renewals and expansions, and act as a trusted advisor across executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to demonstrate value, measure KPIs, and ensure successful outcomes for high-impact customers in a dynamic DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management or customer success in software.
• Experience negotiating renewals and expansions.
• Proven ability to lead strategic conversations and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts.
• Orchestrate relationships to define value, adoption, and retention.
• Partner with the Delphix Account Team to find opportunities for expanded usage.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions with Economic Buyer.
• Serve as liaison for technical inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure client reference ability to support sales in expansions.
• Facilitate executive-level engagements such as value assessments and EBRs.
• Measure and report on KPI achievement for clients.
• Develop strategic account plans for 100% consumption and growth.
• Travel as needed to support customers.
