Job summary

Perforce Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support Delphix customers in the eastern US region.

You will manage strategic accounts, drive renewal/expansion discussions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value through the Delphix solution. You will work with executive stakeholders, monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and identify new growth opportunities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.
• 8+ years in account management/customer success in software.
• Experience negotiating renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts.
• Orchestrate relationships to define value, increase adoption and secure retention.
• Partner with the Delphix Account Team to expand usage and opportunities.
