Perforce Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support Delphix customers in the eastern US. You will manage strategic accounts, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with sales and services teams to maximize value.

You will lead high-level engagements with executives, translate technical value, and ensure customer success metrics are met while mitigating risks and escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, information systems or related field.
• 8+ years in account management or customer success in software.
• Experience negotiating and closing customer contracts (renewals & expansion).
• Proven history as a customer success manager or related role.
• Strong ability to lead technical conversations and translate value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts.
• Orchestrate relationships to define value, adoption and retention.
• Partner with the Delphix Account Team to find opportunities for expanded usage.
• Hold business discussions with Economic Buyer to reinforce value and identify expansions.
• Serve as the liaison for technical inquiries, coordinating with Support/ENG.
• Ensure client reference ability to support Sales in expansions and renewals.
• Facilitate executive engagements such as value realization and EBRs.
• Monitor customer KPIs and report progress internally and externally.
• Develop strategic account plans for 100% consumption and growth based on goals.
• Identify new use cases and organizational contacts to expand value.
