You will own renewals end-to-end, drive adoption programs, and partner with Sales and Product to deliver value to top investment clients like Blackstone, Nuveen, and MetLife.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer success, account management, and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise and strategic accounts with a focus on renewal and expansion.
• Build the customer journey from implementation to adoption.
• Lead business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Deliver trainings and provide strategic guidance for renewals.
• Identify and grow upsell opportunities with deep knowledge of customer investments.
• Field phone and email support and triage escalations as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to relay customer feedback.
