Job summary
Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Senior Analyst in Culver City to support valuation efforts for Scripted TV, Non-Fiction, Game Show, and other labels. The role involves updating valuation models, assisting with reviews, and communicating ultimate values across Finance and Sales to support strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–4 years of analytical experience, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and a passion for TV and film
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or other analytical field.
- 3-4 years’ experience in an analytical role with interest in TV and Film distribution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with financial models and content valuation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Update and enhance content valuation models for greenlights and acquisitions.
- Assist with the ultimate review process and communicate values to Finance and Sales.
- Model financial greenlight scenarios for TV productions and track risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Insights to identify trends and support content evaluation.
