Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial loan portfolios including annual reviews, renewals, and covenants.
• Assess creditworthiness by analyzing financials, collateral, and cash flow.
• Prepare credit memorandums and underwriting packages for CRE, construction, and lines of credit.
• Identify credit risks, monitor stressed loans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with lenders, Credit Administration, and Loan Operations to support approvals.
