Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust in Denton, TX seeks a Full-Time Commercial Portfolio Manager to be the primary credit and portfolio support for a Commercial Loan Officer. You will deliver well-structured lending solutions while maintaining credit quality and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze credit relationships, prepare CAMs, evaluate financial statements, and monitor covenant tracking. Collaborate with Loan Officers and internal teams to drive timely, high-quality credit decisions and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial credit analysis, portfolio management, or commercial banking.
• nCino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary credit support for the Commercial Loan Officer(s).
• Analyze new and existing commercial credits and recommend structure, terms, covenants, and risk ratings.
• Prepare Credit Approval Memorandums (CAM) for commercial borrowers, including large/complex requests.
• Evaluate borrower and guarantor financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and liquidity.
• Monitor portfolio risk with covenant tracking, annual reviews, and past-due monitoring.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, Loan Operations, Treasury, and Compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.
