Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending Portfolio Management.
- Strong knowledge of credit and lending policies.
- Proficient in using PC software tools including Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Review loan underwriting and work directly with underwriters.
- Draft term sheets and communicate loan terms with borrowers.
- Support growth and development of the assigned commercial lending loan portfolio.
- Monitor current, matured, and past due loans for Loan Officers.
- Support Loan Officers in prescreening potential borrowers.
