World Insurance Associates seeks a Senior Client Manager to act as the primary service contact for select commercial clients, focusing on client satisfaction and strategic planning. The position emphasizes risk analysis, carrier submissions, renewals, and tight collaboration with the Client Advisor to deliver tailored insurance solutions and proactive client management.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and template usage.
• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from client, analyze risk, and apply knowledge to make recommendations.
• Determine markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Create carrier submissions and present strategy for client meetings.
• Prepare and submit complete carrier submissions.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Create communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
