Job summary

Sigma Connectivity Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a Senior Account Manager for Engineering Consulting and Outsourcing. You will lead a key client, shape strategy, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver value and growth.

You will collaborate with our delivery and engineering groups, manage an account team across units, and translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes for C-suite executives, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management.
• Track record of Account Management and leadership.
• Experience with outsourcing and consulting services is valued.
• Role requires presence at office or client location 3–4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a key client account and account team.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, delivery, and engineering to close deals.
• Create and execute strategy for the account and drive growth.
• Translate client needs into value propositions with internal teams.
