Job summary

Sigma Connectivity Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a Senior Account Manager for engineering consulting and outsourcing to lead a major client relationship.

You will own strategy, manage a cross-functional account team, and work with delivery and engineering to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–4 days in the office, and a proven B2B sales leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management.
• Track record of Account Management and leadership.
• Experience with outsourcing and consulting services valued.
• ROLE REQUIRES YOU BE AT THE OFFICE OR CLIENT LOCATION 3-4 DAYS A WEEK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the trust of the client as a go-to partner.
• Work directly with client interfaces to maintain and grow business.
• Synthesize market intelligence and close deals with internal teams.
• Lead development of a strategy for the account and execute with the team.
• Lead the account team across multiple parts of the company to deliver for the client.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams across the organization.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for executives.
