Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a skilled Recruiter in the United States, located in Austin, TX, to manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to placement. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop diverse sourcing strategies, and ensure data integrity in ATS while driving timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and 5 years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Semiconductor/ Manufacturing DL workers is a plus.
• Advanced sourcing skills with active and passive candidates; strong offer negotiation.
• Proven ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a TA consultant to the business and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure effective sourcing, selection, and placement of talent to meet goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand positions and candidate qualifications.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment: research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluations through offer.
