Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Technical recruiting across aerospace/defense/semiconductor IT or related fields.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage live requisitions end to end from intake to start.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and prepare client-ready submittals.
• Maintain accurate activity in ATS.
• Provide market intelligence to account teams.
