Job summary

Koehncs is seeking a Self-Perform Operations Manager to lead a $10 million unified self-perform unit in Kansas with 20–25 staff. You will own staffing, estimating, procurement, production planning, financial performance, and long-term strategy for the unit, coordinating closely with Project Delivery to deliver internal subcontracts.

The role emphasizes leadership of field teams, cost control, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead estimator, administrator, and foremen to meet performance targets.
• Own staffing plans, performance management, and succession planning with HR and Safety.
• Oversee cost recovery, budgets, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop self-perform strategy, capacity plans, and growth priorities.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery to align scope, mobilization, and handoffs.
