Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Manager of IT Project Delivery to lead and scale a growing team of project managers delivering strategic IT initiatives across the enterprise.

You will mature delivery processes, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Transformation, Innovation, Operations, and business leaders to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading project, program, portfolio, or delivery management functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing project managers.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience creating or maturing project management practices, governance models, or PMO capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of project managers supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
• Advance enterprise project delivery by evolving practices and governance.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through improved planning, prioritization, and communication.
• Partner across Technology, Transformation, Innovation, Operations, and business units to deliver outcomes.
• Establish growth frameworks for project and portfolio management across PCG.
• Define future vision for enterprise delivery and leverage AI/automation to improve capabilities.
