Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field required, with eight to ten years of progressive experience managing complex commercial and industrial construction projects.
• End-to-end project ownership including budget development, cost forecasting, margin protection, subcontractor procurement, change management and schedule control.
• Proven leadership of project teams and coordination with Superintendents, Pre-Construction, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold PMs accountable for performance, priorities, and Koehn Way execution.
• Coach and develop PMs through performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
• Monitor capacity, assign projects, and address staffing issues early.
• Build collaboration between PMs, Superintendents, and Finance to ensure alignment.
