The role emphasizes consultative sales, developing new business, expanding current accounts, renewing agreements, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work full-time and travel locally.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Two years of commercial sales experience in security/tech/building systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security products, services, and solutions in the assigned territory.
• Develop new commercial opportunities and expand existing relationships through upgrades and service enhancements.
• Renew existing agreements and increase account value and retention.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities and forecasts in systems.
• Stay current on products, services, and industry trends through ongoing training.
