Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Solution Director to shape and win multi-tower services opportunities across Chicago and Columbus markets. You will partner with account executives, presales, and delivery leaders to originate, shape, and close large-scale engagements that drive enterprise transformation.

In this senior, client-facing role you’ll translate challenges into multi-year programs, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Solution Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Sales.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-tower services deals.
• Strong background in managed and professional services integration.
• Experience in MSP, GSI, or large-scale services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape and win strategic opportunities by engaging early with account teams.
• Lead executive engagement with CIO/CTO and business leaders.
• Architect services-led solutions combining professional and managed services.
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams across delivery and partners.
• Influence strategy, pricing, and commercial outcomes for multi-year engagements.
• Own and lead enterprise-scale transformation programs ($50M+).
