Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, seeks a Sales Account Manager in San Antonio for account management, new business development, and strong client relations. The role combines sales, relationship management, and strategy to drive growth across a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities include negotiating multi-year support, forging partnerships with manufacturers and contractors, and driving opportunities through CRM-enabled planning. Hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, presenting our company and products to customers.
Build long-term client relationships beyond project completion and negotiate multi-year support agreements.
Develop strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts; develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
