Stone Security, a BearCom Company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive business growth through effective client management and sales strategies. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships across sales, account management, and business development activities.

The role involves traveling as needed, full-time hours, and an emphasis on building long-term relationships without rigid quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers.
• Account Management: Build long-term client relationships beyond project completion and negotiate multi-year support agreements.
• Business Development: Build partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
