Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom Company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive growth through effective client management and strategic selling within the security integration industry.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients while collaborating with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and may involve occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and negotiate multi-year agreements.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential networks; monitor sales metrics and prepare reports.
• Travel occasionally to locations outside the state or country.
