Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth through strategic account management and new business development. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, nurture relationships, and negotiate multi-year service agreements.

Ideal candidates hold a business/marketing degree and have proven sales/account management experience with CRM and MS Office proficiency. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Learn and embody Stone Security story and culture; present company and products to potential customers.
• Negotiate multi-year support agreements and maintain professional relationships of trust.
• Build strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives; generate new opportunities.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
