Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager in Nashville. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships through effective sales strategies.

The role encompasses sales, account management, and business development, with travel possible and a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers.
• Attract new opportunities through creative initiatives and best efforts.
• Build long-term client relationships and negotiate multi-year support agreements.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
• Monitor sales metrics and report on account status and performance.
