Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom Company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager in Denver, CO to manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role covers sales, account management, and business development with a base salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.

The team focuses on long-term relationships rather than quotas, with regular hours 8 AM–5 PM and potential travel to locations outside

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sales: present the company and products to potential customers and attract opportunities.
• Account Management: build long-term client relationships beyond project completion.
• Business Development: develop partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Monitor sales metrics and report on account performance.
