Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the security advisor for the client, directing the account strategy and execution of security programs. This role includes full P&L ownership, coordinating with Global Clients Americas Program Director, and driving improvements across the footprint while aligning client and Securitas goals.

The PM will manage security risk reviews, staffing strategies, and pricing considerations to ensure superior service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in business management or a closely related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key point of contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account/s; engaged in improving and evolving the security program and leadership to assigned account/s.
• Full P&L ownership; analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve overall performance.
• Coordinates activity and informs Global Clients Americas Program Director (GCA PD), to provide highest level of service for client; implements programs and initiatives.
• Coordinates and performs Security Risk Reviews of client facilities using industry best practices and client specific assessment tools; implements and manages global safety programs.
• Ensures branches maintain a consistent focus on high quality customer service; provides guidance and support in the retention of profitable business.
• Addresses any actual or potential problems; coordinates global RFI and global RFP responses for assigned client/s as required.
