Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, project management, security, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading technical or technology-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives supporting physical security operations and critical infrastructure.
• Translate operational needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate across business requirements, security operations, engineering, product and tooling teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and measurable goals for projects.
• Create documentation, dashboards, forecasts, and status reports for senior leaders.
