Responsibilities

• Manage security guards, supervisors, and field operations.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment and attendance.
• Monitor security sites through regular inspections.
• Handle client complaints and maintain client satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs, discipline, training, and service quality.
• Manage security incidents and emergency situations.
• Ensure statutory and company compliance.
• Control operational costs and manpower expenses.
• Coordinate recruitment, replacement, and staff training.
• Monitor performance and prepare operational reports.
